No guarantee of specific outcomes
Services are delivered with care and expertise, but no guarantee is made that specific business outcomes will be achieved, that third-party systems or tools will perform as expected, or that future events will not affect recommendations or implementations. All decisions and actions based on advice or deliverables remain your responsibility.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- You own the rights to your existing systems, data, and internal documentation.
- You receive a licence to use deliverables (reports, roadmaps, designs) for your internal purposes.
- The consultancy retains rights to underlying methods, frameworks, and know-how.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The terms of any engagement will be governed by the laws of the agreed jurisdiction, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in the engagement agreement.
