Terms

High-level terms for using this site and engaging VB6 Support as a consultancy. Specific engagements are governed by their own written agreements.

The consultancy provides professional services related to VB6 systems, including assessment, advisory, maintenance, and modernisation planning. The exact scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement.

Services are delivered with care and expertise, but no guarantee is made that specific business outcomes will be achieved, that third-party systems or tools will perform as expected, or that future events will not affect recommendations or implementations. All decisions and actions based on advice or deliverables remain your responsibility.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You own the rights to your existing systems, data, and internal documentation.
• You receive a licence to use deliverables (reports, roadmaps, designs) for your internal purposes.
• The consultancy retains rights to underlying methods, frameworks, and know-how.

The terms of any engagement will be governed by the laws of the agreed jurisdiction, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in the engagement agreement.
